How to hard reset:
- Turn off your phone
- Push together volume up + home key + power key until you see Samsung logo on screen
- Browse with volume key and choose "wipe data"
- Push power key to confirm
- Select "yes" and press power to confirm
- Wait until format ends
- Push power key to confirm "reboot"
- Wait until the phone restarts
